One week Glaciertrekking through the Ötztalrange
One week walking on the glaciers from the ötztal is a must for every trekker.
week agenda:
day1: We meet us at 01.00 p.m. in Vent, then ascent to the hut Vernagt, 2755m. 3,5h.
day2: Across Guslarglacier and Kesselwandglacier we reach the hut Brandenburgerhaus, 3272m. In the evening we climb the peak Dahmannspitze,3401m.
day3: Our goal is the peak Guslarspitze, 3126m. Descent to the hut Hochjochhospiz, 2412m. 5h.
day4: Ascent to the Hochjochglacier and the place, where Ötzi was found. Then descent to the hut Similaun, 3019m. 6h.
day5: Across the Niederjochglacier we reach the Marzellridge, 3180m. Descent to the hut Martin Busch, 2501m, and back to Vent again.6h.
