Week Agenda

Sunday:
Start in vent to the martin-busch hut. Ascent: 600 hm,

Monday:
Up to the summit of the Hauslabkogel, 3403 m, ski down the glacier Hauslabferner to the hut Similaun. Ascent: 1200 hm, Descent: 800 hm.

Tuesday:
First to the summit of the Similaun, 3606 m. Then we ski down to the Pfossental.Then with the gondola to the hut Bella Vista, 2842m.

Ascent: 2000 m, Descent: 600 hm.

Wednesday:

To the summit Weißkugel, 3739 m, descent to italy to kurzras, then up again with the gondola und skiing down to the hut hochjochhospiz, 2412m. Ascent: 2900 hm, Descent: 1000hm.


Thursday:
Up the mountain guslarspitze, 3126m. Descent to the hut Vernagthütte. Ascent: 700 hm, Descent: 400 hm.

Friday:

Climb the highest peak in tirol, the exciting summit of the Wildspitze, 3774 m. Descent down to vent. Ascent: 1000 hm, Descent: 2000 hm.

Prerequisites

This programs are designed for confident expert skiers and boarders with off-piste experience.

Guides and group size

All our guides are fully certified mountain guides.

Group size: min. 4 people, max. 6 people per guide.

Equipment List

You need to bring:

  • Skis / Snow Board  
  • Climbing skins 'Stick-on type' (skissplit board or snowshoes)
  • Ski Poles
  • Ski/board boots
  • Daypack (large enough for spare clothes, lunch & equipment)
  • Sunglasses and ski goggles
  • Thermos flask and/or water bottle (full!)
  • Sun cream

 If you don't have this gear already we can loan it to you.

 

  • Climbing harness
  • 2 prussik cords
  • Mountaineering or semi-technical ice axe
  • Crampons
  • 1 locking carabiner  

Clothing List

We suggest bringing light clothing of varying thicknesses that can be 'layered' to achieve comfort and versatility. The most important consideration for clothing is the ability to regulate temperature as you change from periods of activity to periods of rest. We discourage cotton clothing as it causes rapid heat loss when wet.

  • Polypro underwear (top & bottom)
  • Warm pants (pref. insulated or fleece)
  • Warm shirt (not cotton)
  • Fleece Jacket (heavyweight)
  • Insulated jacket or vest
  • Insulated jacket or vest
  • Waterproof jacket with hood (Gore-Tex or nylon)
  • Waterproof pants (Gore-Tex or nylon)
  • Socks (wool outer & polypro liner), several sets
  • Wool or fleece hat
  • Waterproof gloves &/or mitts
  • Neck tube
  • Gaiters, only needed if your ski pants are not elasticized at the ankle
  • Sunhat


Booking Information
Please book as early as practical to avoid disappointment.

With your booking we require a  deposit of 20% of the price. At least 2 weeks before the course gets stardet we need the full payment. Otherwise we can’t guarantee your booking. To avoid unnecessary cancellation penalties we suggest you take a cancellation insurance.
